- Red and blue paste food coloring
- Water, vegetable oil, whole eggs, and egg whites as specified

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark pans). Prepare two 8-inch round cake pans with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Prepare the red layers by mixing one box of cake mix with water, vegetable oil, and whole eggs. Add red food coloring and bake.
- For the blue and white layers, mix another box of cake mix using water, vegetable oil, and egg whites. Divide into two pans; add blue food coloring to one batter.
- Once baked and cooled, trim the tops to level them. Assemble layers starting with red, followed by white frosting between each layer.
- Decorate with frosting and sprinkles as desired.
