  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups Mexican Cheddar Jack shredded cheese (divided)
  • 6 jalapeno peppers (deseeded and diced)
  • 6 green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 12 x 9 casserole dish.
  2. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, cook chicken until browned; add crumbled bacon and remove from heat.
  4. Dice jalapenos and slice green onions.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, 1½ cups cheese, jalapenos, and most green onions until smooth.
