  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water according to package instructions. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  3. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Toast coconut flakes in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Mix toasted coconut with sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 30 seconds until smooth. Drizzle over the coconut topping using a fork or piping bag.
