  • 1 & 1/4 cup old-fashioned whole rolled oats

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 1.5 tbsp milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
