  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring continuously until fully melted.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or use silicone molds.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner to cover the bottom.
  5. Add an even layer of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  6. Pour more melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer to cover completely.
