  • 1 heaping cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chai spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse together flour, sugar, baking powder, chai spice blend, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter cubes and pulse until slightly chunky.
  4. Gradually mix in the chilled cream and egg mixture until dough forms.
  5. Chill the dough for 30 minutes, then roll out to about an inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
