  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
