  • 1215 large pasta shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place stuffed shells seam-side up in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes; remove foil for the last 5 minutes to brown the cheese slightly.
