  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Place the skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
