  • pounds ground chicken, turkey, or beef (lean turkey recommended)
  • 30 oz cannellini beans (two cans, drained)
  • 15 oz unsweetened pumpkin purée (one can)
  • 2½ cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
