  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the feta by breaking it into pieces and rinsing briefly under cold water in a fine mesh strainer. Drain well.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey and red pepper flakes. Warm until simmering, then remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a food processor, blend the drained feta with lemon juice and milk until it resembles ricotta. Gradually drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth.
