  • 1215 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 1½ tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; set aside.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, then cook lo mein noodles for about 30 seconds; drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the boiled noodles to the skillet and pour the prepared sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Off heat, mix in Parmesan cheese and green onions; adjust seasoning if needed.
