  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, and eggs. Combine with dry ingredients until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a damp cloth for about an hour until doubled in size.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing sugar and cinnamon; toss raspberries in this mixture.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the raspberry mixture evenly over it.
  7. Roll tightly from one edge to form a log and slice into twelve pieces.
  8. Place slices cut-side up in a greased baking pan; let rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice and zest; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
