  • 2 pounds frozen mangoes
  • 23 cups water
  • ¼ cup cane sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 fresh mangoes, cubed
  • ½ cup chamoy
  • 24 tablespoons chile-lime salt
  • 6 tamarind candy straws

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube fresh mangoes. Prepare shallow bowls with chamoy and chile-lime salt.
  2. In a blender, combine lime juice, frozen mangoes, water, cane sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth.
