  • 1 pound imitation crab meat
  • ½ cup Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice until water runs clear; cook according to instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. Mix imitation crab with Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, sake, soy sauce, and mirin.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Layer half the sushi rice in a greased baking dish, spread filling over it, and top with remaining rice.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
