  • Ripe peaches
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil and thyme
  • Romaine lettuce and radicchio
  • Spicy salami and pepperoni
  • Mini mozzarella balls and crumbled feta cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Shallot
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Make the vinaigrette by combining olive oil, lemon juice, fig preserves, grated shallot, and garlic in a glass jar. Shake well to combine.
