  • ⅔ cup cold unsalted butter (cut into cubes)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose or gluten-free flour

  • 1 tsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  6. Scoop dough onto the lined pan, leaving space between cookies.
  7. Bake for 9–10 minutes until edges are set; cool slightly on the pan.
