  • 2 pounds sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup red apple vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 24 ounces baby portobello mushrooms
  • 1 large red onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup finely chopped mint
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the steak cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
