  • 1 sheet uncut crescent dough
  • 3/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into 12 squares. Press each square into the bottom of a muffin tin cup.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichokes, minced garlic, chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until well mixed.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each dough square.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
