  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth. Stir in apple cider and vanilla.
