  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar while beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
  3. Spoon meringue onto the baking sheet, shaping it into a pyramid with an indentation in the center.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour until dry on the outside; cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
  5. Melt white chocolate and whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Once meringue is cool, fill the center with whipped cream, drizzle with melted chocolate, and top with raspberries and pomegranate seeds.
