  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Fine Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 5 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 44 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
  • 4 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 4 tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients for the wings.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry and drizzle with olive oil. Coat with baking powder and dry rub mixture thoroughly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and cook wings in batches for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While cooking, melt butter in a skillet and whisk in additional dry rub; stir in remaining olive oil.
  5. Toss cooked wings in the glaze and return to the air fryer at 400°F for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
