  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for topping
