  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 ribs celery (diced)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1.5 lb Idaho potatoes (peeled and cubed)

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Chopped chives for garnish
