  • 3 cups low sodium beef broth
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 46 sturdy rolls
  • 812 slices of cheese (provolone, Swiss, or Monterey Jack)

Instructions

  1. Season the roast generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Sear the seasoned meat in a hot skillet until browned on all sides, then transfer it to the slow cooker.
