  • ½ pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1½ cups seafood stock (or chicken stock)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for biscuits)
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add onion and cook until soft. Stir in flour to make a roux.
