  • 1 lb sliced corned beef
  • 1 can sauerkraut (drained)
  • 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 cups stale rye bread cubes
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer half of the bread cubes in the baking dish.
  3. Add half of the corned beef followed by half of the sauerkraut.
  4. Sprinkle half of the Swiss cheese on top and drizzle with half of the Thousand Island dressing.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour melted butter over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
