  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 whole dried red chile peppers
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill weed
  • 1 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon whole yellow mustard seed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons whole peppercorns

Instructions
