Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (6-ounce) box red jello
  • Cool Whip or whipped cream for topping
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blue layer by dissolving blue jello in 2 cups boiling water. Mix in 1½ cups cold water, pour into dessert cups, and refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
  2. For the white layer, mix sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup boiling water. Combine unflavored gelatin with ½ cup cold water, soak for 3 minutes, then add ½ cup boiling water to dissolve. Mix the two together and let cool.
  3. Once the blue layer is set, pour the cooled white mixture over it until cups are filled about ⅔ full; refrigerate again for about an hour.
  4. For the red layer, dissolve red jello in 2 cups boiling water, mix in 1½ cups cold water, and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Pour the cooled red jello over the white layer once it’s set. Chill until firm (about 1-2 hours).
  6. Serve topped with Cool Whip and sprinkles.
