Ingredients

Scale
  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • Red & blue gel food colors

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil.
  2. In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool.
  3. Prepare a water bath by placing a large baking sheet on the lower rack filled halfway with water.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour; mix until combined.
  5. Gently add eggs one at a time until just mixed in.
  6. Divide batter into three bowls; tint two portions with red and blue gel food colors.
  7. Spoon colored batters over the crust in alternating patterns; swirl lightly with a knife.
  8. Place in the oven above the water bath; bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool for one hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
