  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
