  • 4 tbsp fresh orange juice

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground coriander (optional)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 45 tbsp water (for pan frying cooking method, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chipotle peppers, lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Place chicken in a bowl or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Ensure every piece is coated and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
