  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and pizza sauce; mix well.
  4. In a greased pie dish, press half of the pizza dough into the bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into the crust and layer with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  6. Roll out the remaining pizza dough and cover the filling; seal edges by pinching.
  7. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
