  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2/3 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs into melted butter until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan to form the crust.
  5. Layer drained pineapple, halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut on top of the crust.
