  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 2 large pears, sliced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 7 oz heavy whipping cream
  • Vanilla extract and almond extract
