  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups cold unsalted butter
  • 5 cups chopped fresh peaches
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture for topping; press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. Mix brown sugar into reserved crumbs to create streusel topping.
  5. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt with chopped peaches. Mix in heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Pour peach filling over baked crust and sprinkle streusel on top. Bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares.
