  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)
  • 1 stick salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour into the baking pan.
  3. In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until combined. Stir in oats until mixed.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peaches evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
