Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a larger bowl, cream together softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just mixed. Gently fold in diced peaches.
  5. For the streusel topping, mix oats with melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly.
