  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Warm milk in a saucepan; combine with yeast and let sit until frothy.
  2. Mix in flour, sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs to form dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Allow dough to rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour until doubled.
  5. Prepare filling by mixing crushed Oreos, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread Oreo filling evenly over it.
  7. Roll tightly from one long side; cut into 12 equal pieces.
  8. Let rolls rise again for 15–20 minutes in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Make frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla; drizzle over warm rolls.
