  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  2. In the same skillet, bring chicken broth to a simmer and add fettuccine pasta. Cook until al dente (10-12 minutes).
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, pepper jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
