  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar (maple/cane/coconut or syrup)
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk (or buttermilk)
  • 1/2 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 1/22 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
