  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 small onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with aluminum foil and lightly spraying it with oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, and spices. Mix just until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and shape it into a loaf.
  5. For the glaze, mix ketchup with other ingredients in a separate bowl; spread half on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
