  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella or pepper jack cheese

Instructions

  2. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned (about 4-5 minutes).
