  • 200 g Marzipan-Rohmasse
  • 100 g gemahlene Mandeln (blanchiert)
  • 70 g Puderzucker
  • 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
  • 1 Ei (Eiweiß)
  • 50 g gehobelte Mandeln (blanchiert)
  • 1 EL Puderzucker

Instructions

  1. Cut the marzipan into small cubes and place it in a bowl. Add the egg white.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar using a stand mixer or hand mixer on low speed, then fold in ground almonds.
  3. Prepare baking sheet lined with parchment paper and plate with flaked almonds.
  4. Weigh out 25 g pieces of dough, shape into balls, coat in flaked almonds, and press gently.
  5. Bake on the prepared sheet at 160°C (320°F) for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Allow cooling on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
