  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, removed from the stems
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing horizontally without cutting all the way through; season with salt and pepper.
