  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté the zucchini for about 4 minutes until seared.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add butter, lemon juice, and ¼ cup of reserved pasta water; stir until combined.
