  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 ¼ cups frozen blueberries (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (blueberry or plain)
  • 5 teaspoons gelatine powder (2x7g envelopes)
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 16 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 (3.4 oz.) packages lemon instant pudding
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 ½3 cups Cool Whip (for frosting layers)
  • 6 oz. white chocolate bar or block (for curls)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Combine thawed blueberries with Greek yogurt and spread over the crust.
  3. Dissolve gelatine in cold water. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in Cool Whip and dissolved gelatine before spreading over the blueberry layer.
  4. Whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
