  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Fresh vegetables (cucumber, carrots, edamame)
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade; toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
