  5. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled.
  6. Punch down the dough gently, shape it into a loaf, and let it rise again for another hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
