  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp. Cook until pink and opaque.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
